The Modern Laundry Room. It seems more often than not, the laundry room is no longer the forgotten room that nobody sees, or wants to see! More renovations and new homes feature these rooms as spaces to combine pantry storage, mudroom features and the laundry room, often just off the garage where most will enter the home. We also find that happy laundry rooms actually get the laundry done better than the dimly lit and poorly organized laundry rooms of the past! (we know this to be true for ourselves). This space features well detailed @oakandpillar custom inset cabinetry finished in Sherwin-Williams "Rookwood Sash Green" with soapstone countertops from Collier Stone, and dark Top Knobs Usa Inc cabinet hardware to match the countertops and GE Appliances, a Haier company washer & dryer from Don's Appliances. With subtle changes, even the smallest of spaces can be inviting and welcoming for even one of the more daunting chores in the home! How it started vs how it's going! Framing is nearing completion on our?#mcqueenfoxchapelcottage?project! We've completed the extensive demo, excavation, foundation and footers, and exterior framing and now the team has transitioned inside and to the back covered patio to wrap up the framing stage.
