Tomorrow marks two weeks ?? since our team had the pleasure of attending the topping off ceremony for the North City Block Phase A (222) project in San Marcos, California. It was a ton of fun getting out there to celebrate this milestone with our fellow industry partners, and there is just something incredibly special about being out on site to see the project you’ve been working on come to life. ?? The North City Block 222 project is an expansive mixed-use development comprising approximately 822,000 sf. It features two 12-story towers that will include 463 residential units along with ground-floor retail space spanning approximately 20,000 sf. The project also includes two levels of underground parking. Designed to foster a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly community, it offers residents extensive amenities such as a central community room, rooftop amenity decks, pools, gyms, and garden spaces. ??
