During the punitive damages phase, the lawsuit settled for $425,000.00. “After six years of litigation, the jury concluded that the dealership completely failed to protect our client from egregious discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. We are so proud of our client for standing up for himself, for civil rights, and, in particular, for having the courage and fortitude to hold those responsible accountable.
