McLeod Workforce Development recently held a Pediatric Education Day for the Nursing Students of Central Carolina Technical College, Florence-Darlington Technical College and Williamsburg Technical College. More than 100 students attended this one-day event held by McLeod Health medical professionals covering pediatric topics such as: intensive care, Neonatal Intensive Care, lab testing, trauma, Forensic Nursing, oral health, general health and the Nurse-Family Partnership program.

From the age of 14, Erika knew she wanted a career in physical therapy. Throughout high school, she spent her summers gaining experience by shadowing and working as a Physical Therapy Aide.
