Project Spotlight: Valley Health Center North County McLarney is proud to have been the General Contractor for the new Valley Health Center North County located at 4151 Middlefield Road in Palo Alto! The a full improvement consisted of 24,000 SF adding a new 2-stop elevator and machine room, advanced fire suppression and alarm systems, interior upgrades with state-of-the-art finishes, audio-visual equipment, and security enhancements, and exterior improvements like re-paving, waterproofing, landscaping, and new signage. McLarney was thrilled to be part of the City of Hope Real Estate & Construction Council's Bike to Hope event, helping raise funds to support research in the fight against cancer, diabetes, and life-threatening diseases. The McLarney Construction team was proud to sponsor breakfast and rest stops along the route, keeping riders fueled and motivated throughout the journey. But we are even more excited to share that our incredible team has raised over $17,000 —making us the top fundraising team this year! A huge thank you to our entire team!! A few weeks ago, we had the honor of hosting our subcontractor friends recognizing their dedication, craftsmanship, and hard work. From framing to finishes, every project we build is a testament to the skill and commitment of our subcontractors.
