McKinney Immigration Law Announces Ann Marie Dooley's Promotion to Partner Ann Marie Dooley has been an integral part of McKinney Immigration Law for over 15 years. As a North Carolina Board Certified Immigration Law Specialist, Ms. Dooley brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her practice.?Ms. Dooley has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since joining the firm and served as the Chair of the Carolinas Chapter from 2018 to 2020. Currently, she serves on the North Carolina State Bar’s Immigration Law Specialization Committee. Her practice focuses on humanitarian immigration benefits, including family-based immigration, U and T visas, and waivers.?A graduate of the University of Georgia (BBA) and the University of North Carolina School of Law (JD with honors), Ms. Dooley was awarded the prestigious Skadden Fellowship for her commitment to public interest law. She is admitted to practice in North Carolina and the Middle and Eastern District Courts of North Carolina.
