Reflecting on 2024, it was a big year for renovations as we completed nearly a dozen properties while starting numerous others that will be completed in 2025. We opened our first Moxy Hotels in Asheville, NC, and closed out the Treesort multi-family community in Gainesville, GA. While we continue to make significant progress on new build hotels, like the Hilton Garden Inn in Cape Canaveral, FL, the year's second half led to numerous new project opportunities in multiple segments, including hospitality, multi-family, and mixed-use developments. As we wrap up 2024, we are grateful for the opportunities we have been given and thank our team, partners, clients, and community.
