MCJ Amelior Foundation

Founded in 1983, The MCJ Amelior Foundation is a private family foundation founded by philanthropist and humanitarian Ray Chambers. Based in Morristown, the Foundation’s philanthropic portfolio is primarily focused on education, economic development, health, and community partnerships, with Newark, NJ as its geographic priority. In addition to the important local/regional work of the foundation, Ray Chambers is deeply involved in global health efforts through his work with World Health Organization, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, and Malaria No More; and economic development initiatives through public-private partnerships in Central America, Africa, and the Indo-Pacific region.
