On Educator for a Day during #AmericanEducationWeek, students in our Transition Program stepped into the role of teachers, leading morning meetings with our Pre-K Counts and Head Start classes. This activity is part of MCIU's EnVision Program Education and Training Lab at the Discovery Center, which equips students with skills for career pathways in education and childcare. We’re so proud of our Transition Program students for putting their skills into action!

The event centered around reflecting on our achievements, identifying areas for improvement, and setting goals for the future.
