Continuing with our introductions of your 2025 Cleveland CPCU board. Meet your 2025 Chapter Vice President, Patrick Muscenti, CPCU, ARM, CRIS. Patrick works as Vice President at McGowan Insurance. We asked Patrick a few questions about his CPCU journey. Why did you decide to join the Cleveland CPCU Society Chapter as a volunteer board member? This industry has given me so much, and it is a joy to give back and help others achieve their career goals. Others have given me more than I could ever give back, but I hope this is a small part in me paying it forward to others. What are you most excited about contributing to the chapter in your new role? Our economy is rapidly evolving. I want to help our industry lead this evolution as we adapt to new challenges and emerging risks. Our industry will grow as we collaborate and push each other to excellence in our respective careers. I hope to be a small part of that push. Why was CPCU for you? In the retail broker world, we seldom take time to pursue these designations. I’ve not had a prospective client ask about a designation and I don’t expect that to change moving forward. But that doesn’t mean pursuing excellence behind the scenes doesn’t add value. Pursuing excellence behind the scenes is one of the best ways I can serve my clients and prospective clients.
