Last week, our team had the privilege of attending an inspiring luncheon hosted by the Kate Dunwoody Society. The event featured a panel of three accomplished women who shared their experiences, insights, and strategies for more women to pursue careers in technical and skilled trades. They discussed overcoming barriers and offered valuable advice on navigating male-dominated industries.
