“Birds of a feather flock together.” Jed and I were plebe year company mates. We navigated the trials and tribulations of balancing academics and athletics together at West Point. A little over 10 years ago we realized we were both navigating post military careers trying to build and find a path to “success” for ourselves in the built environment. I’m proud of what Jed Richard has built and is building. I’m grateful to have a peer to inspire me, give me feedback, share lessons learned with. Our ethos are the same ones we learned in the Army - doesn’t matter what the mission in front of us is, it’s about building teams and empowering leaders.
