As California State University San Marcos continues to expand, the new Science & Engineering Building plays a crucial role in shaping the campus’s future, a project that blends innovation, connectivity, and respect for the natural environment. In collaboration with HGA and C.W. Driver Companies, the design enhances connections between students and faculty while embracing the natural beauty of the hillside setting. Key features include inviting social spaces, improved accessibility, and an ethnobotanical garden showcasing native plants and their cultural significance to Indigenous communities. ?? The design includes green spaces, shaded seating, and pedestrian-friendly pathways, promoting wellness and social interaction. As the city evolves, Third Avenue Lofts ensures that its historic heart beats stronger than ever, paving the way for a brighter future. ??
