I was honored to judge at this year's Salvin Entrepreneurial Pitch Competition at Queens University of Charlotte . The students always amazing me with their ideas and hustle to turn their ideas into reality. So proud to be a graduate of this school and see the progression of the entrepreneurship program developed by the leaders of the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte . Graduate students in the MBA & MSTOD (Master in Talent and Organization Development) programs recently attended their spring Residency, made possible by the exceptional collaboration with Ally TM Studio. MBA Program Director Dawn Chanland reflected, "The day-long, hands-on skill-building session focused on fostering creativity, sharpening problem-solving abilities, and enhancing teamwork—all through the lens of design thinking. Adding a meaningful touch, student teams were challenged to develop innovative recommendations for strengthening alumni engagement. We were also honored to welcome twenty accomplished graduate alumni back to campus. Their shared experiences and guidance provided invaluable support to our current cohort. A heartfelt thank-you to each of them for their dedication and time!"
