Located in Goodyear, Arizona's Bullard Tech Corridor, AZ 13 is one of five planned data centers within Vantage's AZ1 Campus. AZ13 By the numbers: ? 32 Megawatts (MW) of critical IT capacity ? More than 3,400 safety inspections completed with ZERO incidents ? 72 concrete tilt panel walls, totaling 19,150 cubic yards of concrete Despite a tenant change midway through the project and limited power availability during construction, the team delivered the project on time and on budget. McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. has completed the $28 million, 30,000-square-foot terminal expansion at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, replacing a 14-year-old temporary annex and enhancing passenger experience. ?? Key Highlights ? Expanded Capacity & Modernization – The five-gate terminal improves efficiency, ADA accessibility, and energy performance, positioning the airport for future growth. ? Economic Impact – Gateway Airport generates $1.8 billion annually for the metro Phoenix area and supports 10,224 jobs. Passenger traffic reached 1.9 million in FY23, marking record-setting growth. ? Federal Investment – The project received $20.4 million in federal grants, including $14.4 million from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. ?? J. Brian O'Neill, A.A.E., CEO of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority.: “The new South Concourse provides additional gates and capacity just in time to welcome hundreds of thousands of travelers while positioning Gateway Airport for continued growth.” ??
