Today, our family has grown to nearly 400 employees who specialize in serving the Aggregate, Asphalt, Construction, & Ready-Mix Concrete industry with quality products & customer service! MCC, Inc. is also proud to share that we are one of Outagamie County’s largest recyclers, as we reuse shingles, thousands of tons of concrete and asphalt from road surfaces, reintegrating the recycled products back into material for our projects!

Yesterday the MCC, Inc. team met with members from the Department of Workforce Development to be presented with the 2024 Vet Ready Employer Award. As a local construction company, we are dedicated to giving back to our community and we take pride in accepting this award for the 3rd year in a row. We would like to extend a thank you to the entire MCC, Inc. family for providing a culture that supports veterans in the workforce and in our community. Accepting this award would also not be possible if it weren't for our partners at the Department of Workforce Development, thank you to Al Helmer and her team for your continued support! Most importantly, MCC, Inc. would like to recognize and thank all veterans, active-duty service members and their families for their many sacrifices, we are humbled to give back to those who have given so much to us!
