We have new field promotions to celebrate! TJ Parrott has been promoted to Field Safety Manager, and Dima Hernandez is stepping into the role of Utility Foreman! With years of experience and a deep commitment to McAninch, we’re confident they’ll continue to make a big impact. Promoting from within is key to strengthening our culture and helping our team grow.

Join us in welcoming our two newest QA/QC Technicians, Mason and Nathan, to the McAninch team! We created this new role at the end of 2024 to better service our data center customers. With their expertise and commitment to quality, we know they’ll make a great impact on our projects. We’re thrilled to have them on board and look forward to their contributions!

Earlier this month, the Sarpy Data Center, Turner Construction Company, and McAninch Leadership and Safety Teams conducted an Executive Safety Walk at the data center project. We showcased the underground wet utilities, electrical, and technology scope of work that our talented employees work hard on every day. Additionally, this was our first opportunity to lead the walk with excavation safety as the main focus while also touching on ingress/egress, lifting and rigging, Controlled Access Zones, and material handling! We are appreciative of Meta and Turner's time and welcomed the discussion on how we can all continue to raise the bar on safety.
