As an initiative of TalentFirst and created by the state, our goal is to meet the statewide need for a skilled workforce. The Center collects research, shares best practices, funds innovative pilots and provides technical assistance. We are committed to bringing stakeholders from across the state together to develop, implement and scale system changes based on best practices to increase adult enrollment and completion.

Sharing a great article that highlights the cultural shift needed to serve the "modern learner." While we're focused on how to assist adults in completing their postsecondary journey, many of the 'traditional' students now face similar challenges balancing work and family obligations. Transforming how you serve customers is never easy, but the students of today and tomorrow are looking for the same high-quality educational experience that can be packaged around their work and family obligations.
