Excited to be heading to Atlanta next week for the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, representing MBA Engineers, Inc.! I’m looking forward to the insightful presentations and connecting in person with Architects, Owners, and Contractors—many of whom I rarely get to collaborate with outside of a computer screen. Technology makes it easy to work with teams across the country, but nothing beats a handshake, a shared meal (and a few laughs), and the opportunity to strengthen relationships face-to-face. If you’ll be at #HunterConference, let’s connect! #meetMBA

Located outside Birmingham, AL, Indian Springs School's Kayser-Samford Community Commons is a vibrant social hub and dining facility overlooking the school's campus lake. It offers indoor seating for 150, a private dining room for 50, and covered porches with landscaped seating areas for al fresco dining. The architecture seamlessly integrates with the existing campus character, featuring a steel and wood structure, wood walls and ceilings, polished concrete floors, and a standing seam metal roof. Exterior decks and railings maintain the campus's aesthetic integrity, while landscaped areas connect the building to the Town Hall, Science building, and lake edge, fostering community and engagement among faculty and students in grades 8-12. ? Project Update: Jefferson County Medical Examiners’ Office! This new building features exterior tilt-up wall panels, which provides rapid assembly without compromising quality. By casting the concrete panels on-site and lifting them into place, tilt-up construction allows for rapid assembly without sacrificing quality. This innovative approach not only streamlines the construction timeline but also reinforces the building’s structural integrity—making it an ideal solution for this specialized facility. Watch as Project Architect Tyler Baumann shares insights into the construction process and how tilt-up panels are helping bring this project to life! Sain Associates, Inc. MBA Engineers, Inc.
