Mb Squared Photography

As some of you may know, I donate 30% of the proceeds of ALL my Mb Squared Photography “Equality/Pride” and now “Pride Squared (Progress Pride Flag)” artwork sales at markets, events, and from online (that’s 12.5” prints, 8” prints, drink coaster/magnets, and stickers) to local LGBTQ causes. ?????????? From January through mid May, I put aside 30% of my Pride artwork proceeds to be donated to Courage MKE which I last week made a donation of $82. In May then, when I heard that the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center was fundraising for a $25,000 match grant to keep their doors open (which they now achieved), I decided to change gears a little bit and announced donating 50% of my pride work proceeds to the center. I was planning on collecting that 50% for only the months of May and Pride month in June, though I continued to put the 50% aside for the rest of the year. I made my $470 donation to the MKE LGBT Community Center last week as well. Please visit their website, https://www.mkelgbt.org, to learn more about their mission and outreach. ???? ??? With this, donations from 2024 Pride artwork sales TOTALED $522 to local LGBTQ causes in our community. ??? Because of your purchases, I’m able to give back through my business to causes I hold dear. I truly appreciate it. ??????????????????????

This isn’t a huge trail, though just the right size for an afternoon with the entire family. Fall is by far my favorite time of the year to wander its trails. From the parking lot(s) down through the woods, wander the seven bridges, to the edge of Lake Michigan. It’s so secluded you’ll almost forget you’re ten minutes from the city. Happy Monday!! I’ve got some fun news to share with you for the summer. I’m beyond excited to announce that I’ll be returning to the Clement Manor, Inc. Life Enriched Art Gallery with a solo Mb Squared Photography show opening next Monday, July 1, on view through Friday, August 30. ???? The Gallery is located near the main entrance to the Health Center at 3939 S. 92nd Street. Open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm. Of course, I’ll post again once the show is installed. I was right by a window for the Milwaukee Makers Market last Sunday, and I’m glad I captured the way the sun shined on my table around 2:30/3:00 in the afternoon. I couldn’t resist. Brought a smile to my face. ????

Yesterday morning was exciting, and early! I was LIVE on the CBS58 News at 5:46am promoting the Story Hill FireHouse Spring Makers Market, along with four other makers/artists and the event organizer, throughout the morning!
