Congratulations to Security Credit Union on this achievement! We are honored to have been part of the design and renovation process for the Waterford branch. With the back of the building & drive-through canopy facing highway M-59, it was especially important to create a more appealing visual for drivers & pedestrians as they pass by the branch.

Security Credit Union’s new branch in Waterford, MI Thanks to Harmon Management for their continued support, leadership, and collaboration throughout the design and construction process. Thanks to NBS for their contribution in the furniture design and layout. This recently renovated branch building was acquired by Security Credit Union in order to serve their members in the Waterford area. Parts of the exterior were refinished to accommodate a new drive-through ATM location, reflect the credit union’s branding standards. Highlights of the interior include a unique teller line design, walk-up ITM stations with linear acoustic wall and ceiling panels, and plenty of natural daylight and visibility to the outside, thanks to the extensive length of new storefront windows. Congratulations to Security Credit Union!

Forest Area Federal Credit Union’s new administrative building in Fife Lake, MI Complete with office spaces, different types of collaboration areas, an expansive break room, and a large training room, this building will serve the needs of the credit union for years to come. Thanks to Harmon Management for their continued support, leadership, and collaboration throughout the design and construction process. Congratulations to Forest Area Federal Credit Union!

Community First Federal Credit Union’s new branch in Howard City, MI Thanks to Harmon Management for their continued support, leadership, and collaboration throughout the design and construction process. A major priority of this project was to allow plenty of natural light into the lobby space. 14’ exterior windows on the front facade helped accomplish this. This newly-constructed branch has a radial teller line surrounding an employee work room. The design of the teller line allows for member privacy while also creating unobstructed views to the rest of the lobby space. Challenges encountered were coordinated across multiple disciplines to ensure the success & completion of the project. Congratulations to Community First Federal Credit Union!
