By 1996, 88 homes?were transformed into transitional housing?for families experiencing homelessness. ? Nearly 30 years later, House of Refuge continues to be a beacon of hope, offering: ?? Wrap-around support programs?to help families regain their dignity and heal from trauma. ?? Guidance to find employment?and build a brighter future. ?? A safe space to work toward stable, permanent housing. ?? We are honored to award House of Refuge a grant through our fall applications!?This grant will support their incredible efforts to create lasting change in our community and empower families to thrive. ?? Offering basic clothing, toiletries, and feminine hygiene products, HART Pantry helps teens feel confident and supported. ??♀? Plus, refurbished bikes?empower students with transportation to school and beyond! ?? Their ultimate goal? To encourage and inspire these amazing teens to complete high school?and reach their full potential. ?? ?? What an incredible day we had with an incredible team last week! We had the absolute pleasure of packing food bags at AZ Brain Food in Mesa, Arizona, alongside some truly inspiring young women. ?? AzBrainfood is a local nonprofit dedicated to discreetly providing weekend food bags to food-insecure children in schools across the Valley. Their work ensures that kids have the nutrition they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom. ???? We’re so grateful for these amazing women who volunteered their time to give back to the community. Their generosity and kindness inspire us all! ?? Hands-on activities?to engage and inspire young minds. ? Take-home booklets?packed with resources to continue learning at home. ??Each participant leaves with 8 pounds of fresh produce, helping to bridge the gap between education and real-world action. ?
