As we close out 2024 and look ahead to the new year, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had at Mayfield Residential. From opening our doors just a year ago with nothing more than a shared desk between Jesse Mayfield, CFA and I, to now managing 8 thriving communities in the Phoenix MSA with a growing team of 23 passionate professionals, it’s been nothing short of a whirlwind. This past year has been filled with hard work, growth, and milestones that I am deeply proud of. But I know this is just the beginning. As we step into 2025, we’re more excited than ever for the challenges, opportunities, and successes that lie ahead—both personally and professionally. To everyone who has been a part of our journey so far, and to those who will join us in the year ahead—thank you.
