His experience spans a wide range of matters, including securities fraud, wire fraud, healthcare fraud, bribery, money laundering, and Bank Secrecy Act compliance. As Chief of the Business and Securities Fraud Section at the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, Hiral oversaw hundreds of investigations into individuals and institutions, including leading high-profile cases, such as corporate investigations of a global credit card company, a major defense contractor, and a Swiss bank, as well as the prosecution of the former finance minister of Mozambique.
