Your role will involve more than just managing social media accounts; you'll be at the frontlines for Maya's Cookies, interacting with customers, partners, and influencers to spread our message of deliciousness and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities: ·??????Craft and execute captivating social media content that reflects Maya's Cookies' values and personality. ·??????Act as a brand ambassador at events, showcasing our products and building relationships with attendees. ·??????Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and timely manner. ·??????Collaborate with senior leadership to develop innovative strategies for increasing brand visibility and customer engagement. ·??????Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. ·??????Monitor and report on social media analytics to inform the team on performance of content, feedback on products, and sentiment on the brand. ·??????Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns to promote new products, events, and initiatives. Qualifications: ·??????Passionate about social media and its potential to connect people and brands. ·??????Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. ·??????Proactive and resourceful, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. ·??????Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. ·??????Previous experience in social media management or marketing. ·??????Proficiency in design, photo editing, video production, and infographic creation. ·??????Required: Proficiency in Canva, Google Suite, Social media platform expertise: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. ·??????Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Photography, Klaviyo (or similar CRM program) ·??????Must be able to work on-site at our Mission Gorge location. ·??????Limited travel to local/regional events and occasional opportunities for travel for corporate engagements and events.
