Let’s talk housing… not too long ago Home Builders Association of Greater Austin had our annual housing forecast. There was a room full of 700 people anxiously waiting to hear Dr. Robert Dietz and Eldon Rude give their expert at opinion on what we can expect for 2025. What I heard - slow start, possible issues with workforce and supplies but we are starting to move forward again.
