Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform on a mission to unleash business artificial general intelligence (AGI), starting with customer support. Founded in July 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents capable of delivering accurate, autonomous support that delights customers at scale. Our platform unifies fragmented systems, integrates knowledge and personalization sources, and enables intelligent actions - all without costly system changes. We’re laying the foundation for a future where our technology handles complex tasks, allowing people to focus on what they do best: creative problem-solving, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.     Proud to Announce: The Launch of Maven AGI's Enterprise AI Platform After months of hard work, testing, and previewing with our incredible clients, I’m proud to share Maven AGI’s enterprise AI platform with the world. This is an important step as we chart our course towards achieving business AGI. We’ve all felt the pain of slow, frustrating customer support: long wait times, repeating information, and being transferred from one agent to another. Maven changes that. Our platform is built to delight customers by: -- Creating a unified system of record with 50+ integrations, connecting tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, and Zendesk to ensure data is always accessible, accurate, and up-to-date. -- Deploying AI agents in days, ready to take action across text, email, web, voice, and app channels to solve specific business challenges. -- Improving continuously, with every interaction making the system smarter by identifying and closing knowledge gaps for even better future responses. We’ve already seen the difference it makes: -- Clickup improved response times by 25% in just one week -- Rho achieved a 95% CSAT while handling a 12% increase in customer contacts -- Our clients have reduced ticket costs by up to 80% while improving satisfaction This launch represents a big step toward eliminating the inefficiencies that make support experiences frustrating for customers. To commemorate this milestone, we’re unveiling an updated brand identity that reflects our evolution as a company.
