At MAVAN, we believe in the power of people. Our mission is to support military spouses and help them attain occupational fulfillment. We are a virtual assistant network pairing military spouses with impact-driven professionals. We have four core values at MAVAN that are very near & dear to us, and really are the foundation of who we are. They are Impact, Identity, Community, and Autonomy. We only hire Mavans, and we only work with professionals who align with us on these. If you align with us on these values, then you are in the right room. We are different than other virtual assistant companies because we are not looking to match the Mavans with just anyone who wants to throw money around, nor are we looking to match you with just any military spouse we find. We want this to be an extremely fulfilling experience for everyone involved. We are a company focused on transformational relationships, not transactional. So, all that being said, our process to find incredible, impact-driven Mavans, and incredible, impact-driven professionals (like you!) does take longer than some other VA companies. But we are totally okay, scratch that, totally awesome with it because we have seen that it is so worth the wait. We hope you are okay/awesome with this too. At MAVAN, we're facilitating partnerships between military spouses, working as virtual assistants, and impact-driven professionals. As a Mavan begins to take on daily tasks, a professional is given time and space for opportunity, and impact, to grow. We believe this is a true partnership.
