Have you met Jenelle Scott, PE? ?? Born and raised in Missoula but a college grad from Bozeman—football season in her family was less about dinner and more about rivalry management. Lucky for us, Jenelle now channels that competitive spirit into tackling complex environmental challenges. ?? Navigating air quality regulations isn’t easy, but as a Spokane-based Project Air Quality Specialist, Jenelle helps clients in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho stay compliant with air quality, water quality, and hazardous waste regulations—bringing expertise and a problem-solving mindset to every project. Get to know Jenelle and her work in our latest spotlight! ??https://lnkd.in/gnaGwNa8 #TeamMFA #EnrionmentalComplaince #EnvironmentalSolutions #Spokane

Who are the women that shaped the way you see the world? ?? This March, we honor the resilience, achievements, and impact of women—past and present—who continue to shape our world. But inspiration isn’t just found in history books—it’s in the mentors, colleagues, friends, and family members who challenge us, support us, and shape our perspectives every day. We asked our employees to reflect on women that impacted their lives. Their responses highlight the power of mentorship and perseverance. From lessons in leadership and self-empowerment to stories of remarkable women in history, these reflections remind us why this month matters. Read about the women that inspire #TeamMFA in our latest blog! ??https://lnkd.in/g67Jy9rM #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenWhoLead #womenInEngineering #STEM

Open waters to open discussions! ?? Seth Otto and Sam Humphreys headed to a community meeting in Point Roberts—and got there in style! Beforehand, they were lucky enough to take a boat ride around the Point, connecting with the community and gaining a better understanding of the region. Point Roberts is a pene-exclave community of Washington, located at the tip of the Tsawwassen Peninsula, just south of Vancouver, BC. The only way to get there without crossing into Canada is by boat or private plane. Not your average commute! #FieldFriday #TeamMFA #CommunityEngagement

#FieldFriday: 400 Acres, 12 Miles, and a Whole Lot of Mud ?? Fieldwork takes you to some incredible places—and sometimes, that means walking 12 miles through mud, hauling gear, and briefly questioning your life choices (don’t worry, we decided we made the right ones). Last week, we spent five days on a sprawling agricultural site, tackling a massive Phase II investigation while getting more than our fair share of steps in. The highlights? ?? 18 borings (most to 20 feet) for soil and groundwater samples ?? 400+ acres of surface soil sampling ?? 12 miles (27,000 steps!) in a single day—while hauling field gear From muddy boots to marathon treks, this project was a workout, but the experience certainly was worth it. Swipe through the photos to catch Brenden Murphy in action—if you look close enough, you might even spot Christian Sifford. ?? #MFAWay #EnvironmentalFieldwork #FieldLife #SoilSampling #Groundwater #MuddyBoots #FieldworkAdventures #FieldFriday
