Lakewood was constructed in 2018 in the highly desirable and affluent suburb of Brookfield, Wisconsin. Our 138-unit luxury senior living residence in Wisconsin’s Lake Country, The Westerly Pewaukee, is now leasing. The community includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments. The Westerly’s architecture is reminiscent of Elkhart Lake and Door County resorts, and other iconic Wisconsin vacation destinations. We’re proud to say that our Community Relations Team has seen the earliest and fastest pre-leasing process in our history, with the community on pace to surpass opening projections.
