Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our 4th career talk session with CUHK OSA I Career Planning and Development Centre! It was truly inspiring to see so many enthusiastic students eager to learn about the dynamic world of the ESG industry. The session focused on the crucial skills and knowledge required to excel in ESG/sustainability roles. Ms. Lavin Yeung, our Head of Business Development & Marketing at ESG Matters Asia, shared her experiences and professional insights to enlighten participants on the latest ESG developments and aid them in charting their career paths. 香港交易所修訂《主板上市規則》，新增了「D 部分－氣候相關披露」，強制要求上市公司遵循 ISSB 氣候標準，在他們的 ESG 報告中納入跟氣候相關的披露，並於2025年1月1日正式實施。 我們將解釋香港交易所附錄 C2 的 D 部分的披露要求，講解新增的要求包含了什麼披露內容，讓大家可以有足夠的時間去準備。 HKEX has amended the Main Board Listing Rules by adding a new ‘Part D - Climate-related Disclosures’, which is mandatory for listed companies to comply with the ISSB Climate Standards and include climate-related disclosures in their ESG reports and will come into effect on 1 January 2025.
