We are not looking for a technical recruiter or a US IT recruiter. This is a junior OPT recruiter position. Position: OPT Recruiter - (3 Positions) Experience: 0.6M to 1 Year (Strictly Junior role) Salary : DOE + Incentives Location : Work from Home Office Timings : 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST (Night Shifts) The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
