Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Remote Contract Duration: 6 Months Rate: $75/hr on C2C Experience Level: 12-15 years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to oversee the implementation of Salesforce (SFDC) from an architectural perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, with expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and extensive hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: ·Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions with a focus on architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs. ·Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for Sales and Service Clouds. ·Work with teams to drive the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms. ·Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and create enterprise-level solutions. ·Provide technical leadership on Salesforce best practices, including coding standards and platform optimization. ·Actively participate in CI/CD pipeline implementations to streamline and automate deployment processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: ·5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture (Sales/Service Cloud). ·Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including APEX and Lightning Web (LWC). ·Strong experience in APEX, LWC, and Trigger coding. ·Solid understanding and experience with integration, MuleSoft experience is a plus. ·Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines. ·Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein, Conga CPQ, and ServiceMax is a plus. ·Superior communication skills, with the ability to engage in high-level discussions of enterprise-level services independent of technology stack. ·Salesforce certification(s) required. ·Any experience in Generative AI (GenAI) is a plus. Preferred Skills: ·Expertise in Salesforce Einstein Copilot/Agentforce is a huge plus. ·Strong written and verbal communication skills. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration ·Collaborate effectively with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. ·Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers through code reviews and best practice sessions. ·Work closely with Salesforce Administrators to enhance platform performance and security. Testing & Deployment ·Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments using Copado, Gearset or Git-based workflows. ·Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ·Ensure scalability of solutions, optimize performance, and maintain data integrity. Support & Continuous Improvement ·Provide ongoing support post-deployment and troubleshoot issues within the Experience Cloud environment. ·Stay informed on new Salesforce features/releases and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
