Job Title: Salesforce Developer? Location: Englewood, CO Position Type: W2 Job Description? We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with 3-6 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, integration patterns, and Salesforce best practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Required Skills? ·Salesforce Experience Cloud: Minimum 2 years hands-on experience ·Development Technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, CSS ·Salesforce APIs & Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO) ·Declarative Customizations: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules ·CI/CD & DevOps Tools: Proficiency with at least two tools among Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub ·Security Best Practices: Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules ·Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams ·Salesforce Clouds: Experience with Sales and Service Clouds Certifications Required? ·Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant ·Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Job Responsibilities? Development & Customization ·Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flow. ·Design and maintain Experience Cloud themes, branding elements, and navigation structures. ·Implement automation through workflows, validation rules, Flows, and Process Builder. ·Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (Mulesoft/Boomi), including Salesforce Connect. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration ·Collaborate effectively with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. ·Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers through code reviews and best practice sessions. ·Work closely with Salesforce Administrators to enhance platform performance and security. Testing & Deployment ·Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments using Copado, Gearset or Git-based workflows. ·Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ·Ensure scalability of solutions, optimize performance, and maintain data integrity. Support & Continuous Improvement ·Provide ongoing support post-deployment and troubleshoot issues within the Experience Cloud environment. ·Stay informed on new Salesforce features/releases and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement. Desired Skills & Experience? ·Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft or Boomi is a plus.
