    Of all the things a company measures, brand is one of the trickiest. It's also one of the most important metrics to measure because it tracks the nature of customer relationships and is foundational to brand strategy, which in turn is a vital component of the business strategy. Because unlike most financial, transactional, and operational metrics, brand measurement is notoriously difficult to pin down, many measurement providers have crafted unique and creative analytical frameworks to help companies measure and manage brands and fuel business strategy. In my new Forrester report, we've compiled a landscape of the best brand measurement and consulting services providers.     This #VeteransDay, we honor those who have served our country and recognize the sacrifices, bravery and dedication of veterans from all branches of the U.S. military. At Material, we're proud to support our military-affiliated employees and their families through our ERG, Salute. This year, Salute has organized a powerful lineup of activities, including hosting a guest speaker who served for over two decades in the Army and National Guard, sharing lessons learned and ways we can help service members and veterans in our communities. We’re also continuing our tradition of supporting military communities by donating to Toys for Tots. Thank you to all who have served and continue to serve.
