In his latest article for Greenbook, Material’s Global Lead, Data, Analytics + AI Arun Kumar dives into the rise of synthetic data, including key use cases, potential pitfalls and strategies to unlock its potential. “Unlike data gathered directly from the field, synthetic data is created through algorithms and models,” writes Arun. “It can fill gaps, simulate scenarios and enable experimentation in ways that real-world data cannot easily achieve.
