Never really sold anything for the last years at Mate Media... Picture 1: Meeting a local farmer and restaurant owner in South Of France Picture 2: Telling him (without any intentions) that I had a hard time finding him online Picture 3: Us sitting together and finding ways to attract more people to his (truly) epic concept. The concept: A local who owns a farm and vineyard supplying his restaurant in The South of France. Local and from the people. The job: Get more people to his place. The result: (This is really only because he had no knowledge + we could help him out + the concept works) His bookings went x 2.1 (his website traffic went through the roof in comparison to before, but nothing to brag about). He asked us to raise the monthly budget to make sure we're staying. ?? No worries @Vincent Lataste, it's honest work and a "no-bullshit approach". That means we're staying. I swear the client was happy! ?? Although Julian mostly looks very serious, we had a great strategy session about the online presence of his iconic hotel restaurant in Halle, Les Eleveurs. Here’s how I love my work life to develop: First, rolling up the sleeves and learning firsthand what it takes to produce wine. Then, jumping into an online meeting with the same client to craft their digital marketing strategy. We create an online presence for exciting brands at Mate Media, and we’re thrilled to do the same for this winemaker. Our strategy? Being personally engaged with our partners' mission. Nicest part of working as a Digital Nomad (for me)?? Meeting up in real life with partners. Although I firmly believe in our "always on remote team" strategy, being able to physically meet partners occasionally is always worth it. Today, Julian visited us. On the agenda: ?? Coffee ?? Our Office on Wheels has been on the road for a year now! ?? 3?? months in Asturias ?? 3?? months in Galicia ?? 6?? months in Andalucia ?? Now in Gironde -> ???? Mate Media has grown from 6 clients to 11 and our main focus is to deliver the best quality to the current partners. There's always the option to scale up but that's a decision we will postpone till the end of the year, at least. Quality, quality, quality is what we're aiming for. That's also why the office on Wheels is going back North to meet with our partners there. Looking forward to meet again Julian, Jan, Micha?l, Charline, Hubert, Pascal, @Nicolas, Ditmar, Kimberly, Michael, Arthur and others!

Little bucket list achievement! After we signed a new Spanish partner for Mate Media, I held my first Spanish meeting ???? Google Translate was one of the windows I had open tbh, but still, small celebrations ?? Oh and from what I understood, they're happy ?? We do social media for exciting brands. Like theirs.
