I'll do anything for my team! Including eating the Philippines' delicacy 'Balut' a real fertilized egg, VIDEO below....???? Day to day, my leadership style is simple: ?? Most of my time is spent with customers and my team. ?? In my mind, I work for them—if they need me, I’m there. ?? If they ask me to do something, I’ll do it. No questions. ?? No job is beneath me. I learned that the hard way as a cadet under Cameron Alcorn and Leigh Bryden—cleaning toilets after the laborers had gone home. That lesson stuck with me: respect is earned, not given. My own work can wait, the team comes first. Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about showing up. ?? Lead by example—actions always speak louder than words. ?? Be the first to tackle the hard or uncomfortable stuff. ?? Earn trust by proving you’ve got their back. ?? Founders? Go all-in on founder mode. Most of the time you are right and if you aren't the team can convince you and you'll listen. ?? Stay emotionally ready and radiate confidence—your team looks to you, especially in tough moments. If you panic, they will too. If you stay calm and focused, they’ll follow your lead. So fam, get in the trenches with your team today (even if it means eating something... questionable. However if you've made it to the top and just want to chill, that's cool to. Would I recommend balut? That's up to you, but it was worth every bite for my team!
