Our estimating team are the very beginning of our work and without them we wouldn't have the projects we have. As we have had a few new members join this team, we took them to see a project in the final stages of being completed. A full circle moment for them as they can see what their work goes into. Thank you to the estimating team for all their hard work, especially over the last few months!

August's Employees of the Month! For the field we have Santiago Vinhal! Santos has been with MMW For almost 2 years. Santiago has shown great initiative to help his team members but also to learn as much as possible to better his skills set. He's been able to learn the ins and outs of the processes on a project site and be able to lend a helping hand as much as possible. Thank you Santiago for your hard work! For the office we have Rafael Rivera! Raf has been with MMW for almost 2 years. Raf works in our customs department helping create our finest products. Raf is always detailed oriented in everything he works on. This past year we have been making renovations in our office and Raf has been one of our few employees to work in this space making sure the finished product is perfect. Thank you Raf for your hard work and dedication!?

July's Employees of the Month! For the office we have Deepankar Adhikari! Deepankar has been a great addition to our team since starting a few months ago.?In the short time that he has been here, he has been very helpful to our field management team. He is creative and tries to make sure that his work and processes are beneficial and simple enough to be used and understood by people in the field and in the office. He is flexible and eager to learn. He has a great attitude and is always helping at the Woburn office. For the field we have Rodrigo Guzman! Rodrigo is one of the most willing and hardworking individuals. If he is needed on a specific job to help us meet an installation deadline, he will drop everything he is doing, grab his tools and be there. Another great thing about Rodrigo is he is always open to trying new things and adapting new techniques to make the work more efficient. Rodrigo he is always right there ready to work on whatever he is needed to with a cheerful smile on his face. Thank you Deepankar and Rodrigo, we can't wait to see how you both continue to grow with us!

Special thank you to Boyce Highland/Highland Hardwoods for giving a few of our team members a tour of their facility and educating us how some of our materials are made and where they come from. We are constantly educating our team on all details of the industry so they can have a full understanding of what we do and for them to be able to grow in their careers.

June's Employees of the Month! For the field we have Diego Santos! Diego has been one of our carpenters for almost 2 years now. Each day Diego is on time, organized and has best attitude. Diego is always friendly and encouraging to his team members so they can all work together to get the job done. Diego is always hands on and provides a helping hand to anyone who needs it. For the office/shop we have Keith Kenner! Keith has also been with us for about 2 years. Keith has been flexible from switching back and forth from customs and casework. Keith has become an edge banding expert since being with us. From day one Keith presents a friendly energy and positive attitude to everyone he comes across. Both gentlemen have been a pleasure to work with each day and we can't wait to see how they continue to grow with us. Thank you Diego and Keith!

Here at Master Millwork, we have a deep pride for our company culture. Each day we strive to create and maintain a culture where all employees feel comfortable, included, and have opportunity to learn and grow. To be able to have this culture we try to provide resources to allow constant improvement in employee’s skills so each employee can be the best they can be and achieve their goals. We believe that a strong company culture contributes to our team members having strong communication and dedication for their careers with MMW. On Friday we hosted a fishing excursion for our managers and leaders’ company wide. These managers and leaders continuously work together all day every day and it’s important that they can communicate and work together effectively so our projects can be completed perfectly. This fishing excursion allowed leaders from the field, office, and shop to come together to have some fun while getting to know each other better so we can improve our communication and understanding skills of each other and their teams to work together better. Thank you to our admin team for planning this fun event. From all the smiles it’s safe to say it was success.

Our June Safety Site goes to Sergio DaCunha and his crew at 1690! Sergio is incredibly detail oriented in everything he does. Sergio is constantly making sure his site is clean, organized, and ensuring that his team has all the safety gear they need to work successfully and safely. He's also great at communicating with the team and addressing any issues so they can be fixed asap. Thank you, Sergio, for managing your site perfectly, we appreciate you!
