In the late 1980's, Massie & Company LLC was founded by Charles Massie, Rick Massie and Mike Partington. At the time, the company's main focus was commercial development in the Sacramento, CA region. In 2017, Ryan Massie and Jeremy Bangs joined Rick Massie as Massie & Company partners. This milestone marked our family's third generation emergence into leadership. Since our origin in 1988, Massie & Company has expanded into many different regions, including California's Central Valley, Nevada, Idaho, Texas, Tennessee, Florida and Utah doing commercial construction work, as well as property management and investing. We now hold acquisitions of existing assets, retain internally and externally owned properties under our Property Management department, and multiply our general contractor license to regions such as in California, Nevada, Utah & Idaho. It's our long-lived expertise in the industry combined with tried and true relationships that enables us to serve our valued clients and partners with integrity and consistency. Our mission is to build upon our family's legacy delivering consistent return to investors, retaining 1st class product, and developing the most innovative projects for our partners.
