@masstpc.org and MassEquality were deeply disturbed to find out today that a transgender resident had their new passport issued with the incorrect gender and their new passport and supporting documents were returned torn and with burn marks

Yesterday the National Park Service removed all references to transgender and queer people from the website for the Stonewall National Monument. Today, Mass Equality headed to New York to join a protest against the erasure of our queer and transgender siblings, without whom, Stonewall never would have happened.
