Yesterday, Council Chairperson Raquel Quezada was in attendance for Dominicanisimo, an event honoring Dominican leaders and professionals in the U.S. Alongside her role as Council Chairperson, Raquel is the Executive Director of Cambiando el Mundo de Personas con Discapacidad. Through her roles, Raquel is a consistent and fierce advocates for families in diverse communities who have family members with disabilities.
