Yesterday, Council Chairperson Raquel Quezada was in attendance for Dominicanisimo, an event honoring Dominican leaders and professionals in the U.S. Alongside her role as Council Chairperson, Raquel is the Executive Director of Cambiando el Mundo de Personas con Discapacidad.
