It’s always great to meet people who you connect with because you have common values and interests. We were very happy to host the Swinerton team last week for a day of learning and fun.
Last Friday, we had the pleasure of visiting Maspeth Welding Inc. for a tour of their shop and office as well as lunch and some lively games of squash! You heard me right….squash! In their own backyard, Maspeth has built the world's first and only outdoor steel-walled squash court, where their staff, community members, and even world-ranked squash professionals regularly come to play. We enjoyed meeting Maspeth’s entire team and learning more about their process – all of those things that happen behind the scenes that we typically do not see while working with our trade partners. We came away from the day all smiles with new insights on steel fabrication and some new squash skills. Thank you so much to Vera Galvez for putting the day together.
