Our financial literacy program is expanding. In addition to visiting middle schools and high schools, we are now bringing our Financial Literacy Seminar to younger learners in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. We believe in the importance of starting conversations about money at a young age. Today, we had a special guest at our seminar at Ss. Joachim & Anne School: Sam, the Saving Squirrel. Last week, our team had the privilege of attending the American Bankers Association Annual Convention here in NYC and hear from inspiring speakers who shared visionary keynotes and invaluable experiences. We were able to gain a deeper understanding of the banking industry's global impact and its future direction. Leaders from our Deposit Operations, Risk Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, Retail, Community Affairs, and Credit Administration departments all took part of this amazing event. And, of course, our CEO Thomas Rudzewick and board members were there too! Our CEO Thomas Rudzewick and our Financial Literacy committee were invited by St. John's University to participate in a fun and spooky event! We helped judge their 2024 Fiscal Fright Haunted House that consisted of seven fiscally frightening themes: * Streaming subscriptions * Catfishing * Identity theft * Deforestation * Market manipulation * Rent in NYC * Student debt All of those themes were quite frightening and also important to discuss! #FiscalFright #Halloween #Banking

This past week, we celebrated our incredible employees at our annual Awards Night.
