This opportunity will allow you to positively impact our campuses by being committed to providing students with a safe, functioning, and clean community at George Mason University. Responsibilities include: ? Locates causes of failure or malfunction by observation and testing of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic components, and application-specific computer programs ? Cleans, repairs, replaces, and/or adjusts pneumatic, electric, and motor controls, and related safety devices ? Modifies existing installations to obtain the required results ? Performs miscellaneous duties such as cleaning and painting the equipment and mechanical areas ? Maintains cooling towers, hot water and chilled water piping and controls, direct expansion systems, fans and blowers, starters, pneumatic and electrical controls, condensate drains, domestic and commercial refrigeration, walk-in coolers and freezers, water fountains, and ice machines We offer generous benefits including: ? More than 250 people are working on the construction of the?Fuse at #MasonSquare building, including George Mason University senior Leslie Hernandez. “It’s my way of giving back to my school and community,” said Hernandez, who is majoring in?civil and infrastructure engineering?in the George Mason University - College of Engineering and Computing. Hernandez has had four internships with?Clark Construction Group?since her senior year of high school and has previously worked on projects such as the Amazon headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. “The Amazon headquarters project was really special to me because it was the first project that I got to see full circle from when it was just a pile of concrete up to the final product,” said Hernandez. #AllTogetherDifferent #MasonNation ????
