Over the past few years, we have seen a growing synergy between Strategy.Inc and Maslow Research Center —as strategy and culture are deeply interconnected in driving successful transformation. At Strategy.inc, we have always pioneered a human-centered, inclusive, and collaborative approach to strategy—where people & culture play a vital role in making strategy execution a reality. Maslow Research Center has been a leader in culture transformation, culture action planning, and coaching, ensuring that organizations don’t just design strategies but also build the cultural alignment and leadership capabilities needed for execution.? ? By bringing these two domains together under Strategy.inc, we are strengthening our ability to help organizations at every level—from strategy design to execution, cultural transformation, and advanced assessments at both individual and organizational levels. Exciting News from Maslow Research Center! We’re thrilled to welcome Koen Van Gulck as our new Managing Director for Europe! With over 35 years of experience in commercial and general management, Koen has recently specialized in strategy and culture coaching. His focus on developing teams and leading with people at the center aligns perfectly with MRC’s mission to "Lead with Culture." Koen is a firm believer in a human approach that starts with self-awareness. After enduring two kidney transplants and surviving cancer, Koen redefined himself, embracing his essence and personal transformation. Based in Belgium, Koen also enjoys spending time in sunny Spain with his wife, Tania, where they love hiking in the mountains. He’s an avid padel player with his three sons, a three-time participant in the World Transplant Games, and often cycles up Mont Ventoux in France for charity.
