It’s not what you say, it’s what they hear.?
关于我们
Language shapes how business is done and the world is run. The ability to inspire audiences and compel them to act begins with a simple but powerful premise: It’s not what you say that matters, it’s what they hear. At maslansky + partners, we make sure you’re heard exactly as you intend, and that what you say matters. That is how you win. The way we do it is through Language Strategy, the singular discipline of finding precisely the right words to change behavior and move an audience to action. Combining our roles as researchers, strategists, and writers, we frame your language and provide the specific wording to shift behavior in your favor. Think of our firm when you need to lift your brand, reframe your reputation, energize an issue, introduce a product, restore trust, navigate a crisis, differentiate yourself, or simplify the complex. We make a big impact on how winning organizations communicate, from Fortune 500 companies to trade associations to nonprofits around the world. Don’t wonder which words will help you win. Be sure of it. That's maslansky + partners.

DEI has been demonized. Companies are finding themselves in a “damned-if-they-do, damned-if-they-don’t” situation. Fail to comply with the new executive orders and face the risk of being targeted and potentially held liable. Change your language and behavior to comply and face potential damaging backlash from customers and employees. There are ways to carefully thread the needle on DEI and please both sides. Michael Maslansky and Lee Carter address this vital subject in a very timely episode of HearSay. Make sure to listen. ?? https://lnkd.in/eEk76WAq

Congrats to our friends and partners at?Recycled Materials Association (ReMA)! ??
This week Recycled Materials Association (ReMA) received a 2025 American Advertising Award from the American Advertising Federation (AAF) for our rebranding from the INSTITUTE OF SCRAP RECYCLING IND., INC (ISRI) to #ReMA. The award was called the "Extreme Makeover Award," which I love and certainly reflects the big changes we made to update our #branding through our name, colors, logo and tagline. And I am so proud of our team that made this happen, led by Holly Arthur. And, of course, none of it could have happened without Michael Maslansky and all his colleagues at maslansky + partners. All of us at ReMA are grateful for their creativity and commitment to helping us transform our language and brand identity – while remaining true to who we are as an industry and member organization. Language Strategy applies everywhere, in any industry or company really needing to better understand how to pull in their audiences. Yes, even Broadway.?? ? We partnered with Disney Theatrical Group and Situation to learn how to get more people to pay attention (and pay for tickets) with a national survey designed to get an understanding of any barriers that may exist for Broadway. ? Our partner, Ben Feller said it best: “The audiences that Broadway wants back are giving you the answer. If you want more of them in your theaters, you have to feel the whole experience as they do. And, at times, they feel like it?s a huge hassle — long lines, concerns about crime, getting into Times Square, finding a place to park. They just need it to be a little easier, and they know one show or one theater can?t do it. It?s up to the industry, together.” ? ?? Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/e2AtzXTD
