We are in!!! New machines arriving on Tuesday. Still so much work to do but we are on our way. So much hard work and sacrifice to get here. So grateful to Lee Marzilli for everything she does daily that got us here. And for my crew, some of the best people in the world. And for all the folks that believed in us to help push us over the line and get us in here. Future so bright, gotta wear ??

So we pour a new floor and want to show our kids what hard work can build. And we want those core memories. So we take them to roller skate on the new floor before machines are moved in. #Dadforthewin

When they say built from the ground up….. Take a look at the brand new concrete floor we had poured. After 12 years in business you learn a thing or two. You learn the floor is the first thing customers look at. We had a once in a lifetime chance to do it right and we took it. Setting us up for success and giving us the ability to keep it clean and paint our 5S lines on the floor. (This was fresh after the pour. You’ll see how the color changed in the next pictures)

The first corner of the shop that has been powered up and cutting chips. We will be 100% by end of the this upcoming week. What a journey. Once we are done cleaning I’ll get more pics out. I can’t believe we had so much stuff in that old building.

MOVING DAY TOMORROW!!! We are finally here. Marzilli Machine is ready to go. Riggers are coming first thing tomorrow. Old shop is disconnected and ready. New shop is organized and waiting for machines to come. This is part of a relocation/expansion that has been years in the making. I’m building a storyline to share with everyone. Next chapter…….I’m ready.

One of our great machinists, Josh, was involved in a terrible house fire. Josh suffered severe burns after entering the home to save his mother. He is currently in the intensive care unit undergoing treatment. The home is a total loss. Josh is the type of guy that would give the shirt off his back for someone in need. Anything you can give is greatly appreciated to help Josh and his mom purchase new furniture, clothing, and other necessities as well as funds to secure new housing.?Josh could also use your help with medical expenses and lost wages recovery.
