?? "Care Flows Both Ways" – A Campaign to Address Healthcare Workplace Violence ?? Violence against healthcare workers is an urgent issue—75% of workplace assaults happen in healthcare settings, and 80% of nurses have experienced workplace violence in the last year. To address this crisis, the Maryland Patient Safety Center (MPSC) has launched Care Flows Both Ways, a statewide campaign urging respect and kindness toward those who dedicate their lives to patient care.
