Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Alejandre and his Buhach Colony High School Architectural Design class to the worksite of our in-progress hotel project in Merced. The students had the opportunity to tour the site, observe the construction process, and learn how real-world projects take shape. We were impressed by their curiosity and enthusiasm as they explored potential career paths in construction, architecture, and engineering. The visit also gave them valuable insights to apply to their classroom projects, including their participation in a competition through the Construction Industry Education Foundation. Marvulli is committed to supporting our community by sharing knowledge and helping students discover future opportunities. This loading dock represents just the beginning of improved efficiencies in importing and exporting goods for Merced County and beyond, strengthening our local economy and supporting the Central Valley’s resources. Marvulli is proud to announce the completion of a new loading dock at Castle Commerce Center, developed in partnership with Hydra Logistics, Patriot Rail and M-Mig Construction. This state-of-the-art addition enhances the Central Valley’s ability to utilize its resources and streamline the distribution of goods throughout the region and beyond. Yesterday, we joined partners and community leaders for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the dock, which will soon be utilized by The Morning Star Company — with the three largest tomato processing facilities in the world. Morning Star’s products will now reach their national and international markets with even greater efficiency, boosting distribution and supporting local commerce. This facility’s impact will be significant: over 1,200 trucks will be removed from roadways, reducing both traffic congestion and emissions. ?? ?? ?? As a local contractor, we’re incredibly proud to be part of a project that supports the local economy.
